Team Formation:

Players: 3 players per team.
Roles: One player will be the Defuser, wearing the VR headset and handling the bomb. The other two players are Experts who read from the paper manuals provided. Roles rotate after each bomb if desired.

Game Structure:

Lives: The team has a total of three lives. Each bomb detonation results in the loss of one life.
Player Loss: Each time a bomb detonates, the team loses one player and is allowed to attempt the bomb again, increasing the difficulty as fewer players are available to consult the manual.

The Defuser describes the bomb modules to the Experts, who then use the paper manuals to instruct the Defuser on how to disarm the bomb.
Successfully disarm the bomb within the time limit to win the round. Fail, and the bomb detonates, costing the team a life and a player.

Timing: Each bomb has a set countdown timer. The team must disarm the bomb before the time expires.
Communication: Players can only communicate verbally. The Defuser describes what they see in the VR environment, and the Experts provide instructions based on this description.
When a bomb explodes, the defuser may remove themselves from play or an expert may dive on the bomb and sacrifice themselves.
If a team successfully defuses a bomb, all players on the team recover from their explosion wounds in time for the next round.

Winning Condition: The team wins if they successfully disarm the bomb without losing all their lives. Time to defuse is recorded to determine ties.
Loss Condition: The game ends prematurely if all lives are lost due to bomb detonations.

If all Experts are lost (after three bombs), the remaining Defuser may attempt to disarm the next bomb solo, increasing the challenge and suspense.
