We Do Not Share or Sell Your Mobile Information

Capital LAN does not share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is transmitted only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have opted in to receive.

How to Opt Out

You can unsubscribe from SMS notifications at any time in any of the following ways:

  • Reply STOP to any Capital LAN SMS message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
  • Remove your phone number from the Notification Center using the “Remove & unsubscribe” button.
  • Disable individual SMS categories in the Notification Preferences matrix on the Notification Center page.
